When Sable was a puppy, she was hit by a car.  We were able to rehabilitate her and
get a few single points but she never moved the same.  Instead I worked on her CD.
Everyone told me I couldn't get her CD with 3 months of training but I proved them wrong.
I took her to the 1995 nationals and we got second place in Novice A.
I trained her for the CDX but the jumping was too much for her.

Sable, Josh and Zach - May 24, 2006
Sable was always my son Josh's favorite dog.  He loved to walk her because she was slow
and would never pull Josh.  Even later in life when she was in pain and could hardly walk,
she was always gentle with Josh, Zach and everyone.  She was a great girl and we truely miss her.
