Mas finished his championship at 17 months with a 4 point major.
After finishing, Mas retired and lives with a family in the Dallas area.
Mas was named after the song "Big Time" by Peter Gabriel.
When he was first born, he was so big, that I called him "Mas", meaning "more" in Spanish.
I was going to call him Gabriel or Pete but his name "Mas" stuck.
